Ada's Midtown Garden

I just wanted to say that this was the best place O have ever stayed with my family and the host was more than accommodating! We were sad to leave but we will be staying again!

Positively charming property! Had a minor issue with the door code, but Ada responded immediately with a new code. She also checked the next day to make sure we had everything we needed. My sister and I plan to stay there again in the near future.

The house is great! It was too cold to enjoy the outside, but the inside was so comfortable. It was very clean, coffee pods available as well as a snack basket. The location is great with easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The kitchen was equipped with good pans and the appliances were sparkling.

Great place to stay at. Only suggestion will be to upgrade the kitchenware, the pans are a bit old.

They check in process was easy.The house was clean. And the checkout procedures were great. It is close to most everything. We’ll stay here again.

My mom and I went to look at homes for my son who will be relocating in the summer. We were hardly at the house, but each time we arrived it felt so welcoming. I loved the sound of the water fountain at night. So relaxing. The attention to detail was so nice. A basket with snack, the make-up remover wipes for us ladies and just the cleanliness overall was so much appreciated. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home.

Entire home is perfect-Serene, nicely decorated, everything in perfect working condition, quiet, outdoor ambience is peaceful and relaxing-landscaped nicely and set-up for small group entertaining.Have stayed before in the duplex unit next door.Very responsive management.Thank-you, again!

The garden was an absolute highlight—spending mornings or evenings there was such a treat for my senses and soul. The lush greenery and cozy seating created the perfect environment for unwinding and reflecting.The location was fantastic—central enough to make visiting friends and exploring Wilmington so easy, yet quiet enough to feel completely restorative. Everything was immaculately clean, and the space exuded a warmth that made it hard to leave.If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that blends comfort, charm, and convenience, I highly recommend Ada’s Midtown Garden. It was exactly what I needed for a week of self-care and connection.

Nice stay

Have already communicated with our hosts who were extremely responsive. The house was in a great location. Easy to get anywhere around the area. It had just about everything you would need. And the hosts were great to work with. Would highly recommend it.

The house was great! Clean, spacious, and great location. Beds were comfortable.

The check in process was the most challenging one we have had so far with VRBO. The condo was fairly clean- showers and bathrooms need some deep cleaning. The bedrooms need curtains. There is a light near the elevator that is so bright. It made it very hard to sleep. Most of the lamps in the family room didn’t work. We were only in town one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool/beach.

Duplex was immaculate and very spacious. It also had a nice garden and sitting area in back. The location was very convenient to everything; however, the street was very quiet. I would definitely stay again if vacationing in that area!

Perfect amount of space for 3. Beautiful outdoor space.

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend for my daughter’s engagement party in a very convenient location. The home is charming and sufficiently stocked. Beds were a little soft but comfortable. Highly recommend.
