Stayed Apr 27, 2024Upon arriving, we sat on a soaking wet couch and then had to wash all of our clothes because we had no idea what we sat on. We let the property managers know about it and they said “the cleaners had to clean up something on the couch” and said they could bring towels we could use to sit on. I said it was OK because there were towels in the closet. Guess what!?! Those towels were wet too! After I let them know about that, the property manager didn’t respond. Glad we only had to stay one night!
