Great location near the lake & town but little road noise despite being close by.Apartment seemed to be partway through a renovation, so not perfect (eg missing switch covers, cupboard door handles, basin plugs) but the areas completed (by comparison with photos on listing) were fine. Patio furniture is a bit tired.

We had a great stay here, perfect for 2 couples or a family. The lake view from the deck is spectacular!! The unit is as it shows online. This part of Queenstown is always our first choice, being a short and flat walk into the wharf and town area.

Yes, every thing was clean and well maintained. Great location, comfortable beds, everything you needed to prepare a meal. Awesome views from the patio. It was a very easy walk to bars and restaurants. Tour operators were able to you up about 300 ft from the apartment. The host provided check in instructions well ahead of our arrival.

Gorgeous view and within walling distance to dining and activities! Would stay again!!

Amazing apartment, walking distance to the city centre. Very clean, warm, with beautiful veiws of the lake. The only downfall was communication with the host. I had to message to get access details. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. I would even stay again.

Cute property with an easy 5-10 minute walk into town. The parking space was very tight but we did not have to go in/out much so it was fine. Great views from the balcony and there were basic essentials for coffee, cooking, and laundry left by previous visitors. Four stars only because the property could use a little TLC. The water pressure was nonexistent and there was a sewer smell coming from the main floor bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We could not have chosen a better location and condo. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, location, ease of check in, departure and the view was outstanding. A quick walk to the wharf, restaurants, shops and meeting places for many of the tours offered. I was also grateful for a designated parking space. Definitely would return to this location!!

As other reviewers have said, the furniture is a little worn, but the duplex was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a good mattress, fluffy white towels, and a washer & drier as a bonus. (Nice kitchen but no coffee maker and cherry scented body wash in showers.) We enjoyed the stunning view from the large terrace and the short walk to town. Parking requires some precision steering, but is manageable for a midsize car and a confident driver.

Property was perfect for a weekend stay. Great size kitchen, living and balcony.Very clean and tidy, check in was a breeze and host was very accomodating, would definitely book this property again!

Beautifully appointed. Comfortable and clean. Only fault I can give is NO coffee machine. Oh and directions were misleading which confused the taxi driver and us but we eventually found it.
