A Yellowstone Park View!

Tom’s place as great! He had a cute lab and his house was so spacious and clean when we arrived. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6! Near a bunch of shops and walking distance of all things basically. The entrance to the park was only a 8 minute drive or less probably from our stay. Highly recommend

A great home away from home. The accommodations made it so easy and comfortable. Cooked one night. Was able to do a couple loads of laundry before heading out. Enough room to relax and spread out. Location wonderful - close to everything and YNP. We would definitely return!

Very clean, spacious apartment with beautiful view of Yellowstone. Park entrance about five miles Friendly, very responsive and communitive host. Added plus is yard with west tanager birds. Wildlife abounds. Would definitely stay again.

This was our first time to Yellowstone. You can see Yellowstone from the property. Very easy access to the North part of Yellowstone. Tom is very informative. House is clean and very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Elk walk the streets of Gardiner. Cute town.

Although it didn't look much from the outside the condo had everythng we needed. Admittedly we only really it for sleeping and showering.The condo is only a short distance from the West entrance.

Wonderful stay! This rental was so comfortable and spacious. Everything was well here bought out for our comfort. Everything needed for cooking to include a crock pot and blender! Lots of blankets and bedding to make everyone comfortable.

Great location to Yellowstone. We should have planned on cooking dinners as the restaurants in Gardiner are crowded and pricey. Beds were comfortable. House is set up nicely. Would stay again.

Tim was a great host and this home was nicely furnished and very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked for a VRBO and the home was very spacious. The location in town and proximity to restaurants and Yellowstone were excellent. A great place to stay!

A lovely, quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay while visiting Yellowstone. Our family of 6 had plenty of room, and the kitchen was clean and well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely place!

Tom went up and beyond to make our stay perfect! He was quick to reply to questions and super helpful in providing guidance for great photography spots in the area. The property is immaculate and well stocked. Cannot say enough positive things about this property!

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked, beautifully landscaped, and gave us a first hand view of the local elk. Beautiful location! I took many pictures of the park from the front porch. Just a short walk through downtown and across the Yellowstone River and you were at the park entrance!

We stayed three nights at Tom's wonderful place. Everything was immaculate and well organized. Tom was very friendly and gave us many helpful hints for the area.

Just all-round The Best: well-stocked, comfy beds, cute dogs, clean apt, helpful host. Perfect for 4 old coots staying for a week. We will be back!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was neat, organized and very clean. It is located in a perfect location for visiting Yellowstone NP and within walking distance to restaurants. Tom is very responsive and an accommodating host. We enjoyed seeing the elk in the neighborhood. If we ever get back to Yellowstone, we would definitely stay here again. We had a great time.

Our stay was wonderful! The host’s (Tom’s) property was spacious, well furnished, comfortable, and included every amenity my wife and I needed. Contacts with Tom were pleasant and timely. Gas and groceries were nearby and Yellowstone National Park was @ 1.2 miles away. We didn’t have to go far to see wildlife. On our first morning two moose were grazing in a neighbor’s yard and on our last morning there was a bull elk crossing Tom’s driveway, with several females and juvenile elks in a neighboring yard. Again, we had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, calm and quiet, and as cozy as our own home. Our best VRBO experience to date. Its location to Yellowstone was perfect. It had all we needed and more, from laundry, kitchen, bed, bath, and beyond ;-). This will be the property we’ll reserve for subsequent trips and recommend to others.

The rental was very clean and up to date. We had some trouble with flights coming in and Tom was so nice to help make sure we wouldn’t have any trouble with our late night arrival. The location was great!

When we arrived the house was clean and cool. Also, bigger than the pictures! It was perfect after a long, hot day of driving and exploring the park. We were able to get out the door early and enjoy a beautiful 10 minute drive into the park. Tom is a great host and we can’t wait to visit Gardiner again!

After long days of driving in Yellowstone, it was always so nice to know we were going back home just across the border to this great place to rejuvenate. It had everything we needed, was clean, has a beautiful view, wildlife close by. The Elk were right by the house. The town of Gardiner is quaint and provided everything we needed. We loved that Yellowstone River white water rafting was so convenient. Just down the street! Hot Spring/Cold Plunge business was just up the road. This place is right at the North Entrance and close to Mammoth Springs, which was the first place we visited. This was a great start to a wonderful trip. Tom, the owner is very accessible. We will definitely stay here the next time we go to Yellowstone.
