Quiet, spacious, and comfortable condo right off the water. The property had great amenities but the laundry room was temporarily closed.

Had zero complaints on this unit. Very spacious and clean. Only thing that would have made it any better would have been a washer and dryer. Other than that, the stay was great!

Great small group place for a fishing trip, with an awesome private pier! It was the perfect amount of space for our small family, we would stay here again! Everything is very close, ample parking on the property.

It was real nice. The only complaint I have is the TV in the bedroom did not work. And I like to sleep with the TV on. Other then that it was real nice.

Clean and quiet! A short walk to the pier and pool! Super comfortable beds…not too firm, not too soft! Very attentive to a small plumbing issue! Thanks Nina! You made a short summer vacation amazing!!!

Management was very friendly and responsive. We had an issue with the dishwasher and someone came out the next day to fix it. The condo is beautiful and sapcious. The pool is perfect for adults and kids. Everything you could want is right up the street. Definitely recommend.

Condos were older but well maintained. Very quiet and relaxing with good amenities and a very pleasant and hassle free overall experience.

Easy communication & check in. Had a few issues with the apt itself, but was able to report them to owner. A little dated but overall okay for a short weekend.

Last minute getaway for my sons Spring Break.I was so sure all the Affordable places were going to be taken, and if not any good priced condos will also include and OUTRAGEOUS cleaning fee. Well was i wrong we found the beautiful spacious clean Dimond near the water with a lighter private pier. The host Nina was amazing and very responsive. Thank you and hope this place is available in the future

Proprty is older but well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. Conveniently located. Across a street from the water. The 750' pier was really nice. Lots of room to throw your line out. Going in November was perfect! Not crowded at all and weather was good! Nina Garrison was a great hostess!

The condo was a comfortable place for my family and I. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool, BBQ pit and pier. The large balcony, peace/quiet and plentiful parking made for relaxing stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Condo was well kept and very clean. Management property was very easy to get ahold of and work with. We love the property and have come back twice now. The pier is amazing and very long.

I was a little worried because of the lack of the communication and had to message the property multiple times to make sure our reservation was still on. Everything was to be expected! We have stayed here before. You could tell there was a party that happened before us because there were still pieces of streamers taped to the wall and confetti in the sliding glass door crevices! We had a good time and it was just like the listing!

Nice place to stay was quite and not far from town and things to do in Rockport. The guy really love going to the pier to fish every night after supper.

For the most part, everything was great and as described. Location was very close to beach and neighborhood was quiet. Pool was nice as well. My only complaints are that the thermostat had a schedule and the temp would change from what we set it to all the time, and the drains in the bathroom were backed up and wouldn't drain well. Otherwise, everything we needed was there, even beach towels!

The house was very clean, and spacious! We loved it!! The private pier was awesome just a short walk down and the kids had a blast!!
