A stone's throw from St. Mark's Square, in the heart of Venice

It's a lovely apartment walking distance to everything in Venice. It had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer that worked well. The cute alleyway it was located off of was an added Venice bonus!

Wonderful spot amazingly close to Piazza San Marco with a little supermarket down the alley way, food and shops just nearby.But still so quiet at night when you need your sleep after a busy day.So much to see so little time Venice you were amazing just like our Host Cannot recommend highly enough the perfect base for a Venice holiday.See you again soon

It was amazing how close this was to San Marcos Square! Our hostess, Paola permitted us to store our luggage prior to check in as we arrived prior to check in. The bedroom near the bathroom with the enclosed shower has a window over a quiet alleyway, which is great for sleeping! Other guests have left items which is very, very helpful. Such as, body, lotion, shampoo, etc. although the hostess also provides some of those items. The bed was super comfortable, and there was plenty of room for storage in the first bedroom near the front door. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped and other guests have left things such as butter, condiment, etc., which was very helpful.Paola sat with us giving us all kinds of information which was invaluable. She has a wonderful binder with everything a visitor would need to know while in Venice. She also arranged for our water taxi from the airport to the apartment, and from the apartment to the cruise port when we departed. The living room was spacious and lovely. The second bedroom was large again with plenty of storage. The second bathroom was larger than the first however, my only recommendation would be to put up some kind of shower curtain or enclosure as this bathroom has a bathtub with a handheld shower, but nothing to protect the floor.There is a washer and dryer, which was very helpful. We couldn’t believe that after arriving by Water Taxi, we probably walked less than 15 steps and we were at the front door! This was a great find!

Highly recommended this stay in Venice! The location is perfect, the accommodation is perfect and Paola, the owner is perfect. We traveled, three couples, and were completely comfortable.

Paola the owner was wonderful and very organized from communication to helping the family make arrangements for our transfer into the city center and airport. The apartment location and size is perfect for our family of 7. The apartment is in the heart of the St. Marco square so getting around to all the top attracations so convenient.

Charming, perfectly located 3BR, 2 bath flat close to San Marco but in a quiet neighborhood; the owner was responsive and delightful.

Wonderful 3 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. Exactly perfect for 5 nights for 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. We hated to leave. Paola was a wonderful host and we used her recommendations for ristorantes and found them spot on. An exceptional property and host.

Paola’s communication was outstanding and made our trip seamless. Her property was in a great location, with easy access to all our family needed. The kitchen was well stocked and were above expectations, as cooking utensils, basic spices, and even coffee were provided. The bathrooms had toiletries including shampoo and conditioner. The laundry area had detergent and softener, making washing clothes easy. Paola met with us upon arrival, explained how to use everything in the apartment, and was quick to respond when we asked for help with shopping for a specific item.It was a a perfect start to our vacation in Italy.

Paola was a great host. The apartment was fantastic. Great location and 2 minute walk from Saint Marks square. Although she was on vacation, she had a friend welcome us to the apartment. Great communication. The bonus was Paola arranged for a water taxi to her apartment and a taxi to the airport and.

We had a wonderful stay-the home was close to everything, fully stocked, clean and equipped. We had a fantastic stay. What a gem!

This property is so very convenient. It is beautifully decorated. Right on a canal. Comfortable beds. In the heart of San Marco. Great floorplan. Excellent host. Hope to be back some day!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our host communicated and helped us throughout our visit. Check in was easy, but despite Paola's excellent directions, the water taxi from the airport did not drop us at the right place. She had explained Google maps was not helpful but we were able to find the apartment by using Apple Maps. We were able to store our luggage and just explore until it was time to check in. The three bedrooms and two bathrooms (and the AC!) Were very welcomed by my grown sons and my husband. There was room to spread out for my family of five and the views from the windows were beautiful. When our boat tour suddenly cancelled, our hostess offered us several other boating options even though this was no fault of hers! There were guidebooks, maps and restaurant suggestions at the apartment. When it came time to leave she even booked a taxi for us back to the airport. That one picked us up (on time!) where we should have been dropped off to start with. It was literally outside our door. A fabulous end to a fabulous stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Very well appointed and well supplied. The host was very helpful. The cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed in.
