The Guests can also utilize a 1-Vehicle Parking Space in the covered, secure Garage. The Garage is a shared space with the Homeowners, as is the Driveway.

With two air-conditioner units, one in Bedroom and the other in Living Room, the Apartment's indoor temperature remains consistently cooler than the outside temperature in the summer. The rooms are protected from direct exposure to sunlight by solar-blocking curtains and mature trees shading the house. In addition, the new energy-efficient windows, as well as the French doors to the backyard feature opaque honeycomb shade window coverings to maintain the indoor temps cool and comfortable.
