We have 3 apartments, 2 in Istria, Adriatik Sea-Riviera Opatia- Lovran, named: Patricians House, and 1 in Zagreb, named: Historic Home.

Our foremost mission is to make our guests feel welcome and at home, in the apartment, they have selected. From arrival to departure, we will do our best to make your stay in the Historic Home as comfortable and memorable as possible.

All of our properties are located in the town center. Each apartment has its own identity and has been individually decorated, in a warm inviting style. Our goal is to provide comfort and privacy for our guests.
From the moment you arrive, we will show you the apartment, and all the instructions and advice you would need.

LOCATION

This Historical Home is located in the historical heart of Zagreb, just in front of the famous Stone Gate, the only Gate preserved from the Middle Ages.
A 3-5 minute walk is Ban Jelacić Square, shops, restaurants, wine and cheese shops, a bakery, restaurants, a bank, and a pharmacy. The apartment is sunny, bright very calm, and also offers a view of the Cathedral and Stone Gate.

This apartment is often rented for honeymoon, and sometimes for shooting movies and videos.
The building in the 17-18 centuries, was the home of noble families. This historical aspect, with all the most modern amenities of today, will assure you of a wonderful vacation in these completely renovated rental properties.

small garden, and courtyard, you will go into this apartment on 1 floor, with stunning views of the Cathedral, Stone Gate, and Franciscan church.
The foyer is small and welcoming. This apartment has a high ceiling, 6 big windows, antique furniture, a crystal chandelier, tall antique mirror. Chairs and coffee tables create a conversation area in the center of this elegant setting. This apartment has a lot of natural light all day. TV and safety are present.
The apartment is blocked 24 hours before your arrival. We take care of everything, most importantly for you.
Please, attention: Our House is historically protected, so we can't put modern system air conditioning on the facade. We have air conditioning portable. Juni and August are sometimes hot. The walls of this house are strong.
