a few minutes from the gently sloping sandy beach, child-friendly, quiet, well-kept

The accommodation appears modernized, high quality and clean in the pictures. In reality, the condition is much worse and the beds in particular are very worn. A beach is actually quickly accessible but the beautiful main beach is ~800m away, so the proximity to the beach is only given with restrictions. The owner is nice.

Great area for holidays with children - a few sandy beaches with shallow waters, closest one only 5min by foot. Nice apartment, carefully decorated and spotless clean. We had a beautiful large terrace. All basic equipment is available, there is a decent amount of dishes and kitchen ustensiles. It wasn’t easy to use the small electric stove at the beginning, but Sanja was very helpful and eventually we’ve managed to cook with it. Sanja is a welcoming host who is always around. She also treated us with some local wines and sweets. Thank you, Sanja!

Greeted on arrival by Sanja with smiles and refreshments. A beautifully clean and modern apartment with everything in it a family of 4 needed. A short stroll from the beautiful sandy beaches, Nin is a lovely area. Quiet yet there is everything you need either a short walk or short drive away. This was our best family holiday ever. We (three adults and one child) stayed in one of the apartments for two weeks in September 2011. It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, quiet and it had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the big balcony with a mountain and sea view and the possibility to use the Internet (WiFi). The owners, who live in the same house, were always accessible and ready to help, they gave us a lot of good tips (where to rent a bike, where to buy local fish etc.). This house is a wonderful place for a beach holiday with small children, as the nearest sandy beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There are other beaches in the Nin area which can be easily reached by bike. One can also go to Zaton - a holiday resort situated just outside Nin - with a nice sandy beach and beautiful pine-trees. The historical center of Nin is situated on a small island and is only 500 meters away from the apartment. One can also easily get to Zadar with its old town and lively harbour. All in all we had an excellent vacation and can strongly recommend this house.

We have stayed in the property with two preschool children and middle-aged parents. The appartment house is very much like in the picture, charming, clean and well-maintained with terraces overlooking the holiday resort and the sea. It is located near a nice, sandy beach, but many other nice beaches are accessible within a 10 minute car drive. It is located in a quiet street, in which children can play. An interesting salt factory with a museum is located a few streets behind the property - prices of sea salt are quite low there, about 1EUR per 1 kg of salf. The small historic city of Nin is reachable in about a 10 minute walk. On the sandy beach there is a local shop that sells all necessary groceries, so no driving for food is really required - a few larger markets, including a fresh bakery and small fish market, are located in the City of Nin. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The weather was fantastic, over 30 C, the sea temperature rising with every hot day - so the water was pleasantly refreshing. Mornings the sandy beach was still with no wind, afternoons a friendly breeze brought a break from the heat and some wawes. The owner was very helpful and friendly, always willing to help or advise, if we needed help, and at the same time respecting our privacy. Even though we didnt intend to, we used the added bonus of wifi internet and air conditioning, that was offered to us by the owner in the price of the appartment. Overall, it was a lovely holiday and I can recommend this property to anyone wishing to explore the Nin area.
