A short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars will have you quickly falling in love with Leucadia. The studio is situated near beautiful parks, the San Diego Botanical Gardens, San Diego's oldest theater (La Paloma), and right down the street from one of the best farmers markets in San Diego.

This place has everything you'll need to enjoy your stayin San Diego!

This is a small, bright studio with a queen Murphy bed. The kitchen table opens up to provide plenty of room.
All blankets are washed between stays.
The tv is set up with a variety of streaming services for your enjoyment.
The studio is up a flight of stairs and unfortunately, that is the only way to access it.

The studio is an ADU in a mixed residential and commercial neighborhood near the 101 and Vulcan Ave with kids and a train nearby, so expect outside noise. We provide a sound machine which blocks out all the sounds, so you’ll enjoy peaceful nights.

We offer various add-on options to help make your stay more fun and convenient.

3. Beach accessory rentals: chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, toys- $25 per day

Property was exactly as posted. Great communication and seamless process. Rebecca and her family were the most welcoming hosts. They were completely great with our border collie. Sincerely invited us to their cookout although we had previous plans.

Cute studio ADU with private entrance, useful layout and gracious host. I spent 5 days at their property and never had an issue. Walkable (1.2 m to moonlight, less than a mile to stone step, runnable to Grandview) to multiple beaches, dog friendly, easy parking, quiet neighborhood and easy to work from if necessary. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this property and plan on returning in the future. Super nice hosts was an added bonus.
