Welcome to The Paletinos, where comfort meets convenience in a warm and inviting home. This classy private room is located in a shared four-bedroom duplex in Umuahia and features a comfortable standard double bed, making it ideal for both short getaways and extended stays. The room comes with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and mirror, offering the privacy and ease you need to freshen up anytime.

The home is designed to provide a relaxing and practical living experience. Guestscan enjoy 24-hour solar electricity, WiFi, air conditioning, ventilators, and thoughtful amenities such as a microwave and washing machine. The room is situated on the upper floor, while the shared living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor provide plenty of space to relax, cook, or socialize.

During your stay, you’ll have full access to your private bedroom as well as the shared common areas. My co-host Janet and I are always available via messages or phone and maintain a 100% response rate to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. For added peace of mind, a security guard/housekeeper is present within the estate.

Please note that this room is part of our Standard Unit, where air conditioners operate on the public power supply (NEPA). If you prefer 24-hour AC powered by solar and generator, you may also consider our Executive Room option.
