The grand, triple windowed, living room, overlooks the private Queen Street Gardens (key provided). In this room there is a double sofa bed which can sleep two people but is more comfortable for one person.
The bedroom, with its antique 4-poster bed, is situated to the quietrear of the building. The galley style kitchen is superbly equipped with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, 3-ring induction hob and a separate gas (wok) ring and there are two ovens (one a combination microwave) and a separate warming drawer. It was perfect, the place has a lot of details and is fully equipped. The living room is huge, with couches, dinner table and big TV. This property made me felt I was living in the city, great location and quiet neighborhood.

Loved the stay with my family. Had so much fun as the living room was quite big than I assumed it to be. Close by to Andrews Square from where you can get to any place in Edinburgh.

We only used the apartment to sleep and shower but it has a kitchen and a washing machine. There is also a private garden accross the street. The apartment is very spacious and beautiful with large windows for lots of natural light. The host is very responsive and accomodating.
