96 Spruce - Charming apartment in downtown Oneonta w/ hot tub

Great stay, easy to communicate with and clean place.

Great property and location for all star village! We enjoyed our stay!

This is a beautiful home. Older home so I appreciated all of the details and craftmanship of the home. Great location. Safe. Good walk to downtown, but walkable. Great place for any event. I was there for Cooperstown. @ 12 minute drive to all star village. Host/Hostess has lots of items to help. Chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon for those going to the baseball park. Any and everything you need is there for cooking, cleaning and living! I'd stay there again.

First of all our host was wonderful. We were lucky enough to check in early which helped tremendous with a 5 month old. Home was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything you can imagine. Site pictures don't do the property justice. The backyard was so tranquil. Jacuzzi was so clean and set at the perfect temp. Outdoor furniture was in great condition. Closet had and rooms have plenty of room for your clothing and luggage. Washer and dryer in the closet made washing so convenient. Nice having multiple restrooms and showers. Kitchen was in great condition. Pots/pans dishes looked like brand new condition. Showers had great water pressure and temp. Nice big refrigerator . The host even left a complimentary gift certificate for a large pizza at Dante's Pizza, which was wonderful especially after a long day at the ballpark. Great location! Park down the street had tennis courts, backstops for baseball, playground, pool, nice hiking trails and creek. All star Village was like 9 minutes away and you pass plenty of stores including Walgreens, Dunkin donuts, Dante's Pizza, dairy queen, gas stations and more!! Walmart, Dick's sporting goods, Buffalo wild wings, McDonald's, taco bells and more also super close to this location. Overall great location, great rental! Forgot to mention you'll spot deer at different hours of the day along the road and even in people's front yard. It was wonderful!

This home is about 25 minutes away from Dreamspark and about 10 minutes away from All Star Village. This home is very cozy, spacious, comfortable and clean. This location is in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Friendly host and great communication.

This is a wonderful place to stay, with all the comforts of home!! And the hot tub was great after a day at ASV!! It’s very close to ASV as well! This is the place to stay!

96 Spruce was a great find! Evelyn was wonderful to work with and a great communicator. The property is so well stocked with anything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable and the location is just minutes for the many trips back and forth to the All Star Village. We thought we would have had more downtime to spend at the property but the baseball schedule didn't allow for much but the time that we spent at the property was relaxing. The hot tub was a nice touch and everything was very clean. We are returning next year to Oneota for my other son's tournament and I will be looking to see if 96 Spruce is available for our dates!

The home was exactly as described. The only thing I need to mention is that the owner provides everything. There was so much provided that we wouldn't have had to bring 1/2 of the things that we did. She is very responsive to any needs. The beds were comfortable. Everything worked. We had a wonderful stay at this rental.

Close to downtown. Short drive to grocery stores. Well equipped. Hot tub was awesome. Comfy mattresses. Evelyn was a great host!

Great house, very convenient to Cooperstown All Star Village. Very responsive communication with host. Would stay here again.
