Great location.Very comfortable - spent a like time inside the apartment due to the weather . Reason for short visit was to experience baseball town and the Hall of Fame in celebration of our birthdays .

76 Baseball Apartment is the perfect location for visiting Cooperstown! It was a very easy, quick walk to restaurants, shopping and the Hall of Fame. Having a dedicated parking space at the apartment was also convenient. The apartment was clean and better than the pictures! The front porch was a great place to spend time, too. We loved our stay at Pete’s place and would highly recommend it to others!!

Location was perfect for visiting downtown. Really nice area to stay. From arrival to departure, everything went smoothly. Clean and all that we needed/expected.

We had a good stay here. It was a quaint little town in a Beutiful house. Loved sitting on the porch and relaxing. Close to Cooperstown Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Perfect place for our stay here.

I stayed in 76 Baseball with my 17 year old son, and it was perfect for commuting to watch his brother play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The drive is 5 miles, and super quick with zero traffic. The apartment is walking distance to the Hall of Fame and lake, as well as the shops and restaurants of Cooperstown. My husband was staying in the barracks with my other son, so I wanted somewhere that was not secluded, and this perfectly fit the bill! Peter was a fabulous host, and communicated very well. Apartment was very clean, and was appointed with all that was needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend to anyone traveling to Cooperstown as a single traveler, couple, or couple with one child. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Really cool baseball themed space that is great for smaller families that travel a little light like we do. The location is excellent, being just minutes from everything. If this is available, book it! Also, the pizza place across the street is amazing. Great pizza and huge subs!

Went for a weekend for hall of fame simple easy recommend.

Ideal location to visit the hall of fame, walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. Clean and fully stocked.

The baseball apartment was perfect for the two of us. It could work for a family with small children, but would require using the pull-out couch. We loved the baseball-themed artwork, and baseball wallpaper in the bathroom. While we didn't have the opportunity to meet our hosts, Pete and MJ, they were very communicative in advance, and provided us their cell numbers and direct email if we needed anything during our stay. The apartment is in walking distance of the adorable downtown and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Our car remained parked except for a few hours when we left Cooperstown proper to see some local attractions that were farther away. I would stay here again.

Location is perfect. It is small, especially the shower. Pete responded promptly when needed for a few questions. Must go to Hawkeye Bar & Grill, best burgers we ever had, smash and steakhouse being the favorite of the two. Toscana is excellent for an italian dinner. Baseball hall of fame and museums, all close by and enjoyable.

Truly lovely stay. If you like historical charm with a great host, this is your place. We felt at home. If we needed anything, there was a super quick response with care and hospitality. Our stay was truly a home away from home. Thank you!

Cute little place with comfy bed & pullout. Great baseball themes with just about everything you'd need for a trip to the Hall of Fame. Pete was very accommodating, and the location can't be beat! We were able to walk to downtown whenever we wanted.
