The people that lived in the apartments surrounding this one are very loud and the walls were thin, so it wasn’t quiet. The apartment was very nice and the property was really nice as the owner provided plenty of bedding and it was a comfortable room. The decor in the apartment was very nice and there was a lot of amenities. The garage smelled like a sewer.

It was nice! Just really hot, we had the window units going and it was still pretty toasty. I’m very glad we brought fans otherwise it would’ve been a lot. But otherwise it was a nice little space for one night! We wish we would’ve had a way to see that we had the doors locked at night though, I understand why the smart locks are used, but it made us nervous to not be able to know for sure if it was locked from the other end

This room had a SEVERE gas leak. The smell of gas was making us all dizzy and sick. We had to leave and get hotel rooms. We had a very early morning this morning and got no sleep because we had to go find a hotel. It was an absolute nightmare and no one has responded about this. I am absolutely devastated but this experience. That property is not safe.

Nice apartment very close to beautiful Forest Park in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Very comfortable for up to 4 people. Everything was as advertised.

Nice. We slept great after a long night.

This place is a hot mess. I would not stay here. It's in a sketchy area, the stove eyes were rusty, mold in the bath, old run down furniture. We couldn't stay here, we had to go to a hotel.Stay here if you like those conditions.

The apartment is in the back of the building so be prepared to walk and carry suitcases if u have them. I rented this apartment due to in town for family reunion and I had to bring a dish so needed the kitchen. The stove did not work so was really a waste of my money. I don’t think the Owner was the one who decorated the Apartment. As we could not get the TV to work in when I sent him a message he was not even aware that the TV did not have buttons on the side of it. The owner also do not know how to let down the futons in the living room whichWe have to figure out in order to lay on it and no remote. The owner stated that there was a Netflix on the TV but the Netflix did not work as none of the apps came on the TV.Overall the apartment was decent but the bathtub is very old and not that clean. There was only one key so if you’re staying with the group of people who have to coordinate on who takes the key in making sure someone’s there in order for you to getting it.This would not be my first choice the next time I’m in St. Louis. I recommend that The owner take a walk to through apartment actually look at everything if he’s renting it so that he’s able to better answer the questions of the people renting from him.
