It was clean, the property manager texted me back quickly, and you can walk to the zoo and other things in forest park!

2 water leaks in bathroom. They moved us to another unit. Should have warned us that parking was inconvenient to access units! Bed was noisy. Place was very hot! The radiators couldn’t be adjusted. There were 2 air conditioners though at least.

The garage was secure but doesn’t fit bigger than midsize automobile. There was full size coffee maker and no coffee for it. Instant provided was good. Need to leave instructions on how to adjust temperature. Screens weee missing in windows.

The owner completely failed to communicate with us, did not respond to multiple attempts at contact. Our credit card was not charged at the initial booking, and after failing to make contact with the owner we assumed the booking did not go through, so we made other arrangements. The day after our scheduled booking our credit card was charged for this booking, even though we never had any contact with the owner, received no check-in instructions, and did not stay there. Complete loss of money. Very bad experience. Strongly recommend against booking with this owner.

It was nice to have something this nice for this price, especially when it is so close to the zoo and washu college campus. Definitely recommend

If you are visiting for the zoo this unit is great because you can walk to breakfast, dinner and the zoo.

The property was everything we needed and more. Even though it was a studio it still fit my entire party comfortably! The off road parking was really nice too.

Really convenient location, close to Dogtown, Zoo, WashU, 2X museums. Nice neighborhood, felt safe at night walking. Listing details are accurate. Really enjoyed our 3day stay!

We really enjoyed the apartment. When we first arrived we were a little leary because it was late and the building is old but the inside was very nice. If you have young children, know that the apartment is not on the first floor - we were constantly reminding our kids to walk because we were afraid the running was too loud. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay. We walked to the zoo and then into Dogtown for lunch and walked back. Only time we had to drive was going to our cousins wedding. Really, my only complaint is the underground parking. It was a very tight squeeze in our minivan. If you have a car or a smaller SUV it would be okay.

I had fun and it was in a good area only 10 minutes with six flags
