The Space:
At this 5 bed luxurious Mid City Home, you will enter through the stunning open front floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The bedrooms feature spa quality linens that are professionally laundered in between stays as well as smart TVs in 4/5 bedrooms. The 3 bathrooms have been fully renovated and include luxury bath products. A convenient laundry room is also located in the home. The large backyard features an outdoor bar area for entertaining plus you will be in walking distance of multiple local favorite watering holes!

The location is the true soul of this home! Not only is it a safe area of New Orleans with dedicated parking, but you will be within two blocks of the following:
1) Street Car stop that you gets you around to almost all of New Orleans for $1.25 a ride.
2) Fantastic playground that is a favorite for kids!
3) Neyows Creole Cafe - A favorite restaurant of both locals and tourists alike
4) Parkway Bakery and Tavern - The #1 most famous Poboy shop in the city.
5) Bayou Beer Garden, Bayou Wine Garden and Wrong Iron. Arguably three of the most beloved bars and cocktail spots amongst locals. The beer graden is a classic New Orleans hole in the wall. Bayou Wine Garden is a polished date night favotire with cocktails and great appetizers and Wrong Iron is a huge entertaining spot full of craft beers and TVs for catching your favorite game.
6) Lafitte Greenway - This is a bike path that starts one block away from the home and leads into the French Quarter.
7) 2 blocks to Endymion. Endymion is the largest Mardi Gras parade of the year and takes place on Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend.

Due to the central location, this is a great home for bachelor groups, families, corporate vacations and more!

There are 2 designated parking spaces for this home. Additionally, street parking on the block is all free, first come first serve.

Room 5: 1 Queen bed (Room 4 and 5 are shot gunned together; Meaning you have to walk through room 4 to get to room 5 unless you use the back door)

The Neighborhood:
Mid City is a locals favorite with numerous restaurants, bars, music venues and more within walking distance. The street car is only a few blocks away as well as the Lafitte Greenway. We are next door to highly recommended Neyows Creole Cafe, Katies, Bayou Beer Garden and the famous Parkway Poboys! There is also a playground across the street and the Lafitte Greenway.

Getting Around:
The streetcar is a great way to get around the city without needing a car. The nearest stop is only a few blocks away.

Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

Large gatherings or parties of any kind is not permitted.

    We came, we, laughed, we argued, we ate, and we loved. NOLA owes us nothing! It was another year for the books. The home was beautiful, plenty of space, if we needed ANYTHING all we had to do was ask. KICKBACK property is awesome!

    We had a small family reunion and were lucky enough to find a place big enough with an outdoor space for our family. Pros: house looks just like the pictures, the beds were comfortable, lots of places to sit and hang out, lots of restaurants within walking distant, Trolly was suppose close, and it had 2 parking spots. Cons: the washer leaked all over the floor in the back bedroom. Notified properly manager they said someone would fix it but never did. The floors had bad spots where the wood was rotten and you could see the ground under the house(so i had kid free zones so they wouldn't fall through the floor) And the nails in the floor were sticking up and 3 kids had their foot cut by the nails. So if the floors get fixed i would stay there again.

    My two young kids, my husband, and I very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great and there is a TON of space in the house (maybe too much for just us). It was clean, plenty of space to hang out, and close to parks and food. Would definitely stay here again.
