Stayed Jan 19, 2026I had a wonderful stay on Tchoupitoulas, everything was very clean and comfortable, and there is the best little bar on the corner that has good live music. Next time I come I will probably try to book the same place.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025It was the perfect place to stay while moving our son into Tulane. Felt like home away from home. We will definitely be returning. Check-in was a breeze and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including fresh coffee/coffee maker, wine glasses, dishes, and utilities. Such a lovely home.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025The house is very much as advertised. It’s very close to Audubon Park and a variety of great uptown NOLA restaurants, bars and shops. The layout is a typical “shotgun double” so with adjoining bedrooms so be aware of that. However, it is a lovely and comfortable house. The owner was extremely proactive and responsive.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025My wife, son and I stayed here for a visit to see my daughter attending Tulane. The place worked out great for us, & I'd come back. We didn't spend a ton of time at the house, but it was quaint, clean & conveniently located near everything (Tulane, Magazine St., downtown) we wanted to do. There's a supermarket one block away, which was very convenient. David was super responsive and great to work with.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025The location was perfect for our purposes. We were close to other family members. It turned out to be quiet and close to Winn Dixie and close to Frankie and Johnny’s. Delicious food. The location is close to Audubon Park and the zoo as well as the park along the river. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance on magazine Street. There were glitches with checking in. I’m not sure if it was my phone not working or an issue with Vrbo. When I called Vrbo, they quickly gotten in touch with the property owner who got us the information we needed quickly.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Wonderful location and retreat space. I liked being in a low key neighborhood after a long day if exploring in the city by rental car that you definitely need due to the distance between Jackson square and the house. Being in walking distance to Whole foods is a great bonus so that we could cook breakfast in the morning then go out later in the afternoon. It was nice to experiment with living like a local. Definitely worth the stay and visit!IVHighlyrecomm

Stayed Jan 12, 2025Having only been to the Big Easy once before, I must admit I was a bit reticent of returning for a three week stretch of time. It's never easy to leave your home, especially if it is for a protracted period of time
