AlumPointe was a brand new development finished in 2019. The apartment is finished to a very high standard with all branded fittings, stone worktops and italian tiling. Expertly interior designed and beautifully built. We use a super comfortable Hypnia branded mattress in all of our properties which offers an amazing nights sleep coupled with John Lewis bedding for a luxury touch. We have onsite parking for 1 car and plenty of addition free road parking.

Guests will have sole use of the this self contained private apartment with it's own entrance. It is situated on the ground floor with one of the bedroom being on a lower level.

Allocated parking is directly in front of the building - we also have a disabled access ramp.

We are local hosts living nearby, happy to help where we can.

Arguably one of Bournemouth's best locations! Only 400m to the golden sandy blug flag award winning beaches. The popular villiage of Westbourne is only 2 minutes up the road offering an M&S food and a massive selection of breakfast, lunch and dinner options including indian, pizza, sushi, bistro, greek and many more. There's pubs, wine bars, coffee shops & a wide choice of restaurants. Bournemouth town centre is 5 minutes by car or a lovely 15 minute walk along the prom.

The famous Sandbanks peninsula and beaches are also only 5 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk. Poole old town with it's historic quay and home of Sunseeker Yachts is a 10 minute drive.

We have Wifi + Smart TV's with Netflix, iPlayer & catch up services.

    Property is modern and clean. Big advantage is three bathrooms. Very close to beach for great morning walks. Close to all attractions such as swanage, sandbanks, Poole etc

    Lovely property with everything that we needed. Steep hill for elderly people to walk back from the beach however there are plenty of benches to break the journey. Needs a new table for future holidaymakers.

    The apartment was clean. The dining/living area is small for six adults. The bedrooms were comfortable, although the freezer is in the basement room and can be noisy.Cooking equipment is quite limited.It's a very short walk down the hill to the beach and there's a car park with two car-chargers if you're electric.

    The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have 1 bathroom per bedroom. We had problems with the heating but eventually figured it out. The toaster needs replacing we had to hold down the leaver, the bin lid was broken in kitchen. Only pointing this out to hopefully sort out for next visitors.
