Stayed Dec 27, 2025Apartment is large and spacious. It is perfect for our family of five. It had great parking and you could walk around the quiet town. Location allowed train access to Boston and Salem. It was a quick drive to the shore. We had some trouble with the above neighbor causing damage to the property, but the owner was honest and respectful to refund us money when our travel insurance would not cover it. I only give 4 stars as the dishwasher was broken and I hate doing dishes on vacation. Also, the wood stairs were extremely slippery with rain and snow and we kept falling or slipping on them without a towel or rug in the main entrance.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024We (myself along with my mom & sisters) loved staying in this charming home! The pictures and description accurately describe the location and features! We chose to stay here as a home base to explore the area and are so happy we found it! As the apartment is on the second story and requires carrying luggage up a steep set of stairs, it isn’t the best for those that have mobility problems, just a heads up. Everyone in our group was fine, but I could see that being a problem if someone didn’t realize the location you were staying in the house! The hosts were quick to respond and always so helpful. The apartment was fully stocked, so we didn’t need a thing! Truly a little gem and perfect for our girls trip’.
