3 BR Lower Level Condo with Intracoastal Views

It was clean and had easy access to the beach

My stay in Wrightsville Beach was so enjoyable…despite the cool weather the first week, and SNOW the second week. The unit is exactly as pictured. I was pleased with the comfort and roominess. Each bedroom was spacious and having two bathrooms is key! The kitchen appliances were new! It was easy prepping meals. We all had our own recliner while watching TV…awesome!Off street parking is convenient, even in the winter.the town shops were outside the door, and the beach only a short block away. It was nice to be able to get out and walk everyday. I look forward to returning in warmer weather!

Great location! 2 minute walk to beach, restaurants & bars. Code was wrong to enter our place & wi-fi instrucriins were wrong. Took property manager awhile to get back to us. Be prepared to buy/bring the following: Soap for shower, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, coffee for DRIP COFFEE MAKER. Good place overall, because of location. 2.

Iwe had the best time

Absolutely gorgeous location and close to everything! The porch was great to eat a nice family meal watching the sunsets. Room sizes nice. Open concept living room/kitchen. Basic furnishings, which was nice to not be afraid of “messing it up”. Would come back again!

The location was great and the size was very decent for my family but it was very outdated and seemed very dirty. There were still coffee ring stains from last person on tables.. tables were dirty and our feet turned black after a few minutes of running around. We had to purchase cleaning supplies because we had a 1 and 3 year old and it was too dirty for them to be crawling around. We also found a few cockroaches.. some alive and some dead. They did send out pest control during our stay but we were not aware they were coming til they showed up on our doorstep. It would be a wonderful place had it been a little more updated and cleaned prior to our stay.

We loved it. It's not fancy but it's very clean and neat and 100 feet from the bay and just over one block from the ocean. Also one to two blocks from several neat beach bars. Will be back no question.

If you are used to staying in luxury villas, this is not your place. If you like your vacation to be simple, clean, affordable, and convenient to everything, this is it! Fabulous location with great views and short block to the beach. Could there be updates? Yes. But we were comfortable and would return for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So let me start with the location was amazing. I was able to turn my kids loose this year. Being within walking distance of wings, roberts, vitos pizza was percect! Now onto the house itself...T.V.'s were way to smallBeds were doable, but by day 3 i was wishing for home and my bed that isn't a,rock.The owner really should replace the fridge. That thing has been fixed so many times even the repair man was shaking his head. Bryant was quick to supply us with a spare so our cold food didn't go bad. It was hard to cook on the stove with lop sided eyes.. Upgrade that too. A.C went out on day 5. They were real quick to get the repair man out thanks for that. Parking in back its a nightmare... Being able to use the garages would be helpful. I didn't like the laundry being separate but we managed. Over all in a pinch i would rent it again, but I don't plan to be in a pinch next year..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Couldn't beat the location -- easy access to both the beach and the bay. And while many people would say that the property is a little dated, it worked wonderfully for our crew with younger kids because I didn't have to be paranoid that they were going to break every little thing. Our only real complaint was that the stove needs some TLC -- some burners were questionable, but could be fixed relatively cheaply -- and pans were warped. If you're going to be cooking in, maybe bring your favorite pot and pan. Laundry is on a separate floor, but it didn't cause any issues. We're already trying to work out what week we want to book to come back!
