This first floor apartment offers Panoramic sea views of St Ives bay and harbour, from it's bright open plan lounge and dining area. Stunning sea views can also be enjoyed from the master bedroom which offers a kings size bed as well as ensuite with shower and wc. It's separate fully fitted Kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The second bedroom has twin beds, the third bedroom has a single bed and both bedrooms offer fitted wardrobes and cabinets. The family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and wc. There is free High speed internet and Smart TV available at the apartment. At ground level there is large terrace, perfect for eating al fresco which also overlooks a large lawn, ideal for family time activities.

    A nice place to stay. Plenty of space. View was really good. The property is located up a steep hill. There are buses but we decided to walk up/down the steps daily. About 5 minutes down and 10 minutes up. The double bed in the master bedroom was umcomfortable and needs a new mattress, hence the 4 stars. We would stay again though.

    Great central location meaning we could park the car and explore St Ives on foot throughout our 3 day stay. Lovely view of the harbour area from the lounge. 3 bedroom layout was ideal for our family stay.

    Great location with an awesome view. It's out of the fray of the center, so if you want the center vibe, look elsewhere. The indoor common spaces were a bit shabby and definitely need a spruce up. The expected basics were missing such as hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and face cloths. Overall though, we had a great stay and would return. Host was mostly responsive.

    Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. The apartment itself is very nice, 2 parking spaces allocated to the rear, can be quite tight but is manageable ( i have a ford ranger pickup ) inside the apartment is very nice also very spacious, kitchen has washing machine,tumble dryer, disheasher and all other essential appliances.The bedrooms all single beds are very comfy the double bed the in laws found slightly uncomfortably.Overall impression of property it was very nice snd would recommend and would stay again.

    We had a very nice time in the flat and felt very comfortable. Our daily highlight was the fantastic view of the sea and the coast. There was only a small problem with the check-in as the email with the key code didn't reach us. But thanks to Scott we were able to solve this quickly. We would love to come back.

    We enjoyed the convenient location within walking distance to town, beaches and the beautiful coastal paths. We walked to Lelant and took the train back and then to Zennor and caught the bus back. Just far enough away from town to not hear the noise, but still close enough to walk into town. Beautiful views, spacious apartment, thoughtfully furnished kitchen with everything you need including electric kettle and coffee maker. We enjoyed drinking coffee and watching the sun rise each morning. Super responsive and thoughtful host. There are several steps to town and you may need to be moderately fit to go back and forth a few times a day. There is a bus that picks up in front of the Co-op that will take you up to the parking lot on the same street as the apartment for 2(currently) if you don't want to climb the stairs. The only thing that could be improved are the beds, but that is subjective of course.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott’s vacation flat. It was clean, comfortable in every way and the views from the front windows were breathtaking. There is excellent wifi and because we did cook some nights, we really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with useful utensils and stainless steel pans. The towels were thick, the furniture was comfortable and the appliances were top notch. Communication with Scott and the leasing agent was easy and they were always responsive. A couple of things to note: there was a single roll of toilet paper and hand soap in each bathroom but no dishwashing soap in the kitchen; however we just used the dishwasher for everything so that was not a problem for us. You might want to bring extra dishwasher and washing machine pods - there are 1 or 2 of each left in the kitchen. We had a lovely stay in this well-thought apartment and would happily recommend it.

    A cosy space for our family of 5. We loved being able to leave the car behind and wander everywhere easily. Leach pottery is a shot walk as is the Tate, Hepworth museum and all the beaches which gave us lots of flexibility. The views from the living room were beautiful, lovely sunsets!

    Our stay was excellent, the apartment was tidy and had sufficient space for persons. The view was lovely and we very much appreciated the welcome box! Also the general information that was provided was useful. Only disadvantage was that that tumble dryer in the apartment did not work, luckily there was a back-up one for general use. One small remark: during booking it was not clear that it was a multiple apartment building.

    Quick walk down the steps into St Ives, bit slower on the way back up, gelt fitter by the end of the week! Loved St Ives, great property with truly breathtaking view!
