    This was an amazing stay!! The apartment is much larger than it looks in the pictures, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. The team was very responsive for any questions or needs that we have. The WiFi, free laundry machine in the building, and dish washer all worked very well. The apartment was well located, about a 10 minute walk to the train and to the center of town, and has a gorgeous view of the lake. One thing to note is that even though booking through VRBO, you do pay through LOGA, who will send you an email after you book. I had never had this type request before, paying separately for a booking through VRBO, so I was caught off guard, but this is the normal process and it’s trustworthy. Thanks LOGA team!!

    Overall, this was a great stay. We arrived early the day of check-in and the management company was quick to get our keys to the station for pickup, making our arrival to St Moritz very accommodating. The apartment was incredibly clean and clearly taken care of, and the views were spectacular. The apartment is much larger than it seems in photos, and we felt very comfortable for our stay. The only two issues- when we arrived there was the smell of tobacco smoke, we alerted the management company right away and weren’t sure if a previous guest had smoked or if that was just how the apartment smells. It wasn’t too bad but we noticed it whenever we entered from outside. Second, the coffee machine had a seal that was leaking so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without the leak occurring. We alerted the management company to this as well, but we weren’t able to get any type of machine replacement during our stay. Besides those two issues, everything else seemed great and we would likely stay here again for future visits.
