Stayed May 9, 2025The apartment and complex themselves were very clean and nice. The check-in process was a bit of a hassle. You have to actively communicate with the host's representative who is texting you remotely in order to initially get into the apartment. There were multiple steps you had to take just to get into the building and the apartment. Once you get into the apartment you can get ahold of the key fob which does make things a little easier but it is still pretty inconvenient just because you cannot get in or out of the building or parking garage without the fob. It was all a little chaotic. We did enjoy our stay very much and appreciated that the rental was right downtown and within walking distance to most things.
