2BR Near Duluth + Spacious & Work‑Friendly

My son and I stayed at this property for 3 nights. I loved how cozy it was. It was a few miles from Duluth which was super convenient. Communication with the property owners was top notch. They made sure to check in to see how everything was and if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable. I will definitely go through them again for my next vrbo

923 Cumming was clean and comfortable, perfect for our visit!

We were staying in Duluth for one night on our way north. We got in about 11pm and left by 8am, so we mostly were using the beds and bathroom. The house is very clean and cozy and Taylor was an outstanding host, staying in touch to make sure that we had a great experience.

Home was easy to access, clean, and comfortable. Location was great for spending the day around Superior and Duluth.

It was very easy to get to. Parking was great. Lots of room especially for two. Both beds were very comfortable. Very clean. Kitchen was roomy and well supplied. An ice tray or two might have been nice. When spring comes a fly swatter may be useful. We really liked most everything and would highly recommend for a Duluth stay.

It is in a great location, only 5 blocks from the accordion museum. Two bedrooms and one bathroom make it less expensive than two hotel rooms when you want separate bedrooms and it’s nicer for visiting than separate hotel rooms.

This apartment was very clean, spacious, and charming. An extra lamp or two would be nice, but overall met our needs. Hose was very communicative and helpful.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quality sheets and towels. We did not cook anything so I cannot comment on kitchen supplies. I would recommend some touch up on the paint in the bedrooms and bathroom.

The beds were so comfy and my wife is begging to find out what the comforters were because they were “the most comfortable ever” such a cozy place! Has what you need. Great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Superior, Wisconsin! The place was easy to find, clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. This was our first stay in Superior and appreciated the list of fun sites in the area. We visited Pattison State Park and saw the largest waterfall in the state. Very impressive, very beautiful area. Thanks for the stay!

Clean, homey, and a short drive to downtown Duluth attractions!

Overall good stay. Property manager was responsive to a broken ceiling fan on arrival. Kitchen has limited stock of pots/pans and no salt/peppe/oil etc so need to bring essentially everything to cook a meal. Limited towels, no bath mat available but ok for the 2 of us. Older home remodeled so doors didn't close perfectly etc. Overall reasonable stay.

Perfect location, had everything we needed for a quick overnight to attend a concert at the DECC. Highly recommend Havana’s for dinner and Superior Waffles for breakfast. Simple and specific communication from the owner. Affordable, quaint and clean. Thanks for the hospitality!

We spent three nights/2 days in the area to enjoy the museums in Duluth, MN and Superior, WI. The location was great for our activities and pictures are accurate. The host(s) were quick in responding if we had any questions.Would recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was seamless! Didn't arrive until 11 pm and there were no problems whatsoever. We needed internet access for work - and it was perfect! Location was great - right by the bridge to get to Duluth. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Super charming place with all of the amenities! We had a long day traveling around Lake Superior and welcomed comfy/cozy place to stay and rest-up. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice little apartment. Lots of noise from people upstairs walking but it’s an old place with creaky floors. Would be nice to supply ice trays Overall was a comfortable spot, easy to get to.

We did a one night stay for an event we had in Duluth. The closeness to the bridge was great for the drive over and back. Kwik trip was also in a nice walking distance and the home was very nice. Would stay again.

Wonderful little place that has all the basic necessities. Our family enjoyed our stay and was able to easily get to Duluth from here. We had a great time.
