Very good property for family of 5. The Inner Harbor 5 minute walk. Camden Yards 10 minute walk. Building and amenities were excellent. Like any big city just have to have street smarts walking around at night. Would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was very simple, clear and easy!!!

Great space except for fire alarm and having to walk down 27 flights! Apparently happens frequently. We enjoyed the property but tenants did not seem to enjoy the property and were heard saying they were moving elsewhere.

I have to be honest the accommodations and the process left a bad taste in my mouth as the issues did not only stop where my name was under a different room. Also, we did not have access to the pool, it is only for Residence also, we did not have access to the gym because of the same reason. Regarding the apartment, it was not as clean as described. There was in the bathroom and in the kitchen, some of the dishes were dirty and put in the cabinets. there was expired and opened food in the cabinets and lastly the air-conditioning was not sufficient enough as it was very hot in the apartment, all in all I don't believe it is worth what I paid for. However, one big big issue was when I started communicating via email asking them since you can’t speak to them via phone, to please fix the issues after two emails I was ignored and I had to take advantage of whoever texted to make sure my accommodation was expected and that's how I communicated. That was unacceptable as I am the customer and paid for in full I would expect a response.

The location was great, the host was accommodating, reasonable, and flexible, and the apartment was absolutely beautiful. It had a few marks showing some wear and tear by other tenants, but nothing that negatively affected our experience, and the host was receptive, responsive, and kind. We will certainly be reaching out to stay in the same unit if we are ever back in Baltimore.

I really enjoyed my solo stay here! The location was super convenient for work, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The building is large and well maintained, and the common areas were a great bonus.Communication with the host was excellent, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Parking was close (less than 5 minutes to get from the unit to my car), though navigating the garage with luggage was a bit tricky since there are stairs to exit the building. I do wish the garage was attached to the building, but it is not a deal breaker. One thing to note for anyone working remotely: there’s no kitchen table, which made working in the unit a little challenging. That said, the common area on the 22nd floor has plenty of space and was a great alternative for getting work done. There is a smaller bar along the windowIf you plan to use the all-in-one washer/dryer, just plan ahead since the dryer cycle takes a while. Overall, this was a great stay and I’d happily book again.

My wife and I stayed here while attending an event at the convention center. Fantastic location to the convention center and restaurants. The apartment is in a secure building. Well stocked for with everything you need to feel at home. There’s a grocery store about 7 minutes away (walking) which was very convenient. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Nicole was fantastic during check in and the parking was in the building next door so pretty easy. We will be back next year!

My family and I absolutely loved this apartment! What can I say—it was very clean and comfortable, had a great aesthetic, was well stocked with anything you needed from coffee to utensils, shampoo, conditioners, soap… it is in a lovely and interesting building and the soundproofing must be solid because we never heard anyone around us like you normally would in an apartment building. It was an easy walk to the Inner Harbor and the aquarium. We purchased parking in a nearby garage through the host and that made things very convenient. We did a ghost tour down at Fells Point which was a quick drive with easy parking. We ate at a nice little restaurant called the Abbey Burger Bistro while there. There were several food options close to the apartment – we got takeout from Kechy Pizza and the Water Street Tavern. Both places were about a 4 to 5 minute walk and the food was fantastic. I would have to say the best thing about this apartment were the spectacular sunsets out of the expansive windows. The apartment has wonderful views and we enjoyed it so much. We could even see an Orioles game going on in the distance! Also – the communication with the host was very smooth and we were always quickly responded to. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall it was pleasant. There as one little glitch, but it was out of your control. An evaluation due to a kitchen fire on the sixteenth floor. 27 flights of floors was very overwhelming. My 85 year old husband required assistance from the last 5 flights.

My family and I stayed here for a quick getaway to visit the inner harbor. First impression of the property was amazing. Beautiful setup and views. My son ate every meal in front of the window enjoying the view. The pool and common area are also terrific. We played pinball and Pac-Man, when we had some time to kill. The apartment and amenities are amazingly clean. Highly recommended this place, and could speak more highly of how helpful and responsive the property management team are.

This is my second time staying at this property and my family & I love it. Great location in downtown Baltimore, walking distance to a lot of things. I love that you do not have to worry about finding parking as you can park in the garage across the street. Property is nice, easy check in process and unit is clean. If I go back to Baltimore I would stay here again.
