Parking is not available inside the building, but tricycles are readily available outside the building, which can take you around Dumaguete for a minimal fee.

Our apartment windows are facing a wall, so there is no spectacular view. But the good news is that you can walk out the main gate, and you'll have a full view of the sea!

Please note that our unit is managed by the owner and is not a hotel-managed space. Therefore, there's no daily cleaning/change of linens/sheets/towels.
