2BR Across UF/Shands – Walk to Campus & Hospitals!

Great house and very comfortable.The amenities such as the pool is wonderful!The property contact response time was very prompt Loved the kitchen!Location was great with respect to the shops and restaurants.Pease note that the property can hear the trains from time to time, but it is not obnoxious.I would return!

Place was clean and cozy. The air-conditioning was refreshing after a hot day! Just a short walk to the swamp. Quick response from the host.

Condo was clean and provided the space we needed close to campus. We didn’t have any issue with the temperature in the condo. The shower faucet needs to be updated and the tub quickly fills with water while showering. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Overall, we had a good stay in Gainesville. The property was clean and close to UF; you can't beat the location. My main issue was with the lack of communication with the property owner. He never gave us directions on how to access the property until one hour PAST check in time. This is completely unacceptable. I called the number listed for him & was bounced to voicemail. I called Vrbo customer service and the representative could not contact him either. He finally did contact me with the information, but not without much frustration and us trying to find alternative lodging. I was really starting to wonder if I was getting scammed! Again, in this day & age of technology, this lack of communication is completely unacceptable. Although our stay was comfortable, I would be hesitant to recommend.

Perfect place to stay especially if you have someone in the hospital. Very clean and welcoming. My only complaint is that there were no TVs in the bedrooms and for us we need one. I also wish we didn’t have to constantly ask the owner to lower the thermostat since we didn’t have control over it. Definitely understand if the cost of electricity is high. Maybe he could just put the temp on 70 when people check in that would be easier for everyone. Mr Lance was very kind and attentive to our text!

Beautifully decorated and very clean. It smelled so good as soon as we walked in. Everything we needed including iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We would highly recommend it!

Great location and clean unit. Building C is not labeled so we drove around for 15 minutes looking for it. Owner locks down thermostat with furnace on. We were sweating both mornings and we asked him to turn on air conditioner and he didn’t. Also asked to do dishes with no dishwasher Was initially advertised with hot tub on property! This was removed after we booked. Was looking forward to some hot tub time.

Lance was responsive and the unit was clean. A little tricky to find in the apartment complex, but Lance provided great instructions and response time.

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment complex is a little on the scary side. We would wake up to the entire apartment smelling like Marijuana The cleaning team could have done better as the couch was dirty. All in all it was okay for a couple days.

We didn’t stay due to the thermostat lock and lack of oxygen

Took the family down for a game at Gainesville. Perfect location and a lovely, thoughtful host.

We came for UF graduation and the location is great to get to the school easily! Unit had everything we needed and was clean. Great stay!

We spent three nights in Gainesville for UF preview - this condo was close to everything related to the campus and near to great dining options. Everything in the space was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond to my few questions. Definitely a great experience all around.
