The apartment was beautiful as was the property and amenities. The owner was responsive. However, the property management company should do a better job with trash removal etc. When paying these prices, our stay should not have been focused on how to get rid of fruit flies/gnats. They were in the apartment, they were in the hallway and elevators-they were everywhere. Residents of this building were also complaining and had traps on their doors. I would also suggest guests pay for their own parking instead of paying through the owner. It was cheaper and it was the same garage. I would definitely recommend to friends as long as they fix the gnat problem!

The apartment itself was fine, basic supplies in the kitchen needs upgrading. Fridge filter needs changing. Hot water was out for two days and tried to get apartment renter to deal with it but ended up having to ask building myself. We we told before checking in not to say we were with VRBO but to say we were in executive suite. Not comfortable with lying. Area is very loud, I guess if why ear plugs were supplied. Getting in to build you need fob which sometimes work other times not so much. Told several times we would be charged 200 dollars if we didnt leave photo of fobs on counter. In general it was ok but would not stay here again not because the apartment wasn't good it was, but the management was not so great. Building had lots of extras. thanks

Everything we were hoping for.

Overall, we were impressed by the physical apartment/ location but equally disappointed by the staff and property management company's lack of professionalism. We ( myself 42 y/o- two10 year old girls and two 9 year old boys) were really looking forward to our stay at this beautiful apartment in a location close to the National Aquarium- we had a private tour scheduled for 8:30 am the next day.To summerize:1) we were encouraged by the assigned city manager to pay a second tome for our pre-paid parking. 2) the meet up time fkr check in was changed from 4 pm to 4:15 ( which we agreed upon) and then apparently the city manager texted the time was moved back to 4 pm. As I was caring for 4 children in 90 degree heat in an unfamiliar city- while pushing a wagon and 6 suitcases from the parking garage over a block away.... I missed the message. We arrived at the hotel lobby at 4:18. According to text message the city manager had grown tired of waiting and left. She had an elderly fanily member to attend to and would be back later. I called- obviously confused and upset and was loudly cursed out by this manager ( Melina?). At this point I and my children were in tears. Thankfully the Arrive staff were sympathetic tonthe situation and assisted us. The apartment itself was beautiful/big. Great views of harbor and city. The pool fab didnt work and there was only 1 pool pass. Once again, we relied on the kindness of strangers to let us in. I would not come again due to above.

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful secure building with great amenities and an excellent location walking distance to inner harbor Camden yards and m & t bank stadium. Top notch experience all around

Location was great, close enough to walk to every destination we had. Building Security was effective and helpful. Apt was clean and very private. My stay couldn't have been any better and I would gladly stay here again. David W

Pool table, pinball, rooftop pool, views. What's not to like!

Wonderful views of downtown Baltimore. Nice location convenient to convention center and restaurants. Comfortable beds!

The property was outstanding. Very very spacious. 30th floor, so the view of the city lights at night was superb. The area is quite walkable. Walked to the harbor several times..

Very convenient

I normally do not take the time to review anything, but this property deserves a review. Where to start. First, once I paid in full, I received an email that made some reference to a glitch in their system, saying it was not exactly at the same address as advertised. Parking was advertised as in the building - very important to me - turns out it was in a garage up the street. Best part is the Swarm that greets you in the master bath, every morning, and then follows you around the apartment the rest of the day. Don't bother attempting to kill all of the flies, more will reappear. Too bad, as this property has a ton of potential and other than the flies, Baltimore in general, and the misrepresentations, could be a very nice apartment. I suspect the management company is responsible, more so than an absentee owner, but who knows. Bottom line, not worth the premium price paid...

Great unit as described. I would stay there again. Wonderful secure building with all amenities.
