Stayed Jan 31, 2020The unit #240 is spectacular in itself, however the condominium building is looking somewhat tired as black looking mold was visible easily on the exterior. For the price I offer a few suggestions. The chairs on the units balconies need to be gotten rid of they are falling apart and some small table to sit beside the chairs would be nice to place your coffee in the morning and a wine in the later day. Also I think it would be a great addition to include a box of kleenex in each bathroom. Finally as there were six adults we had two who cooked great breakfasts, but it was hard to do all pancakes or eggs at one time since the fry pans were small. I would add one larger fry pan so things can come off at one time.. It is a spectacular view on the 24th floor and the gym and pool are great extras. The Westin Playa Bonita was a stone throw away and was convenient as well. All in all it was very nice.!!
