Stayed Nov 8, 2024Me and my 3 sisters stay in this beautiful clean and easy to find home. Everything was exactly as pictured. The host were wonderful we asked for a early check in and got it with no problems. Getting into the place was a breeze. And the location is great. Close to stores and attractions. The house is so spacious and neighborhood very quiet. We would definitely rent this place again.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We stayed at this property for 4 nights during the fall High Point Market 2024. The bathrooms were not overly clean same as the kitchen. Surfaces were cleaned and the fridge but the inside of the cabinets in both kitchen and bathrooms were dirty. Caulk and baseboards had dust and hair tangled in it and it just felt dirty. One of the bathroom sinks was clogged, so we had to call the maintenance because it was not usable. They resolved it the next day. They also provided one towel per person so we asked for 4 more towels and they said towels are only complimentary and most of their guest bring their own towels! Never heard of that! In the end the maid dropped off 4 more towels the next day. We were paying over $2000 for this property for 4 nights..at least you'd expect some extra towels. Some windows wouldn't lock, so we had to prop them up with some sticks we found at the house because we didn't feel safe to leave them open and leave the house for a whole day. Anyway, I've had worse experience than this in High Point in the past and I had better experience.This is not the house I'd recommend unless they work on their cleaners and at least extra towels that they can provide to their guests. Location wise it was great. Very close to the market.
