Stayed Aug 10, 2022Perfect location. Very spacious. Would rent the same unit every time again. Loved it. They put our snacks and drinks in the unit. Even milk for the coffee. Beautiful touch. Amazing location.

Stayed Oct 9, 2025We had the best stay at Sam’s place for the WSU Ole Miss game. Parked the car right in front of the building and never had to drive anywhere for the 3 days we were in Oxford. Spacious rooms, comfy couch, nice kitchen well-supplied with coffee, snacks and beverages. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, so staying with another couple was very comfortable. Loves watching the sunsets from the balcony, too.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Best property we have stayed in for a VRBO football weekend in Oxford. Location is perfect for The Square and easy walk to campus. Very secure building and unit 3 had 2 large bedrooms and a large den and kitchen. We would stay here everytime we come. Perfect in every way !!!

Stayed Sep 15, 2023We stay in Oxford several times a year. This is the best location right on the square and it’s not noisy. You can walk to the campus or all over town.
