Stayed Dec 12, 2025Ideal let for our purposes! Stayed here 7 years ago for a wedding at the hotel across the road. Then moved to the village. Rented it this time for friends coming up to visit. They loved it.

Stayed Nov 12, 2025Great host. Property has everything most people would need for a short stay. The temperature dropped a lot just as we arrived but we could adjust the boiler to suit. We were able to park very close by and the ground floor made it convenient for us. The double bedroom and the bathroom were a little compact for us as we are not as agile as we once were. They are better suited to younger folk. The reviews in the guest book which were up to date and from all over the world, indicate guests enjoy this house.

Stayed May 1, 2025EXCELLENT GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT. HANDY ACCESS AT BACK GATE TO OUR CAR WHICH WAS PARKED AT THE SIDE. CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS, PLENTY OF HOT WATER AND ALL MOD CONS. EDZELL IS A LOVELY SMALL TOWN WITH SOME GREAT WALKS NEARBY. EMILY WAS A PERFECT HOST WHO EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US ON ARRIVAL. WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN STAYING HERE AGAIN.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We would definitely recommend this spotlessly clean property and stay again. The local pub/ restaurant ( just across the road) served delicious food and are very welcoming. I managed to get some fab photos of the area and Glencoe too

Stayed May 18, 2024We stayed in this lovely flat in the pretty village of Edzell for one week. It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect location. We had great walks in the village and beyond and the park across the road was ideal for our young Labrador. We would definitely recommend it. Many thanks.
