Excellent location, ideal for walking to either Vilamoura or Quarteira. Super facilities - if a little dated in places. Plenty of kitchen equipment, air conditioning and lots of hot water. Excellent pool and garden area. Super communication with the host before and during our stay. Would recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Great from beginning to end- definitely make a return trip

Very good complex, swimming pool, very clean and we have everything what we need. We feel like we are at home. Really enjoy our vacation. More than enough space for two families. Very close to the beach - beautiful boardwalk, grocery store. Very close to Vilamoura. Thanks a lot to Erica for her attention.

Nice place, walking distance to markets, beach snd Vilamoura! Quite area and we all enjoyed our stay.

Convinient location and close to Velamora marina and Qarteria main walk next to the beach with a lot of restorants and gift shops and nice beaches. Also close to food stores and pretty good Pizza place. Has parking space for car, inside pool, and balcone which we enjoyed very much

Wow this is the one for you

We are a family of four (2 teenagers) and this appartment was much larger than we expected and had everything we needed for a two week stay. Whilst some of furnishings are a bit tired this didn’t bother us and the appartment was spotlessly clean and the owner arranged for a cleaner part way through the holiday as well. It’s in a lovely location just back from the beach with easy access to Vilamoura and Quarteira. The pool area has a really nice garden feel and the pool itself was very clean. Some issue seen with other younger families in the complex having a disagreement over inflatables in the pool (apparently against the rules) with another appartment owner- again this didn’t affect us but if you have you children who want inflatables and balls etc in the pool it might be an issue. The owner was extremely helpful, very friendly and met us personally to greet us and show us around the appartment which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if we come back to this part of Portugal. Thanks for a great holiday.

We booked a week long trip in June in this apartment which is on a small complex midway between Vilamoura and Quarteira. The apartment was bigger than we'd expected, on the first floor, and with views on three sides, including the sea and the pool. Booking was straightforward and Celissia replied promptly to communications via HomeAway, which made us feel very reassured. She arranged a pick up for us at the airport and was there at the apartment to meet us and show us around and give information about the complex. When later we had a problem with the television set top box she came back twice to sort it out for us. The apartment has two good sized bedrooms, one a double and one a twin, with two bathrooms. The main living /dining area is large and comfortable, and the kitchen modern with all necessary appliances including a washing machine. The large balcony had its own table and chairs overlooking the pool and got the morning sun. We were within easy walking distance of the beach, three or four supermarkets and the bus stop. It took a little under half an hour to walk to the Marina. On other days we took the bus to Albufeira and to Faro, and from the marina we had a boat trip out to the Benagil caves. Celissia left us an information sheet giving directions and advice about local eateries and so on. We found the prices reasonable in the supermarkets and local restaurants. At this time of year (early June) it was really a little too cold to swim in the sea or the pool but the weather was warm and sunny throughout our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to anyone thinking of booking it.
