You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment unit. There is a neighboring unit, but your space is completely private. The only shared areas are the outdoor parking lot and the laundry area. Please note that laundry facilities are located in the adjacent building and are accessible by request only through a locked entrance.

For your security and peace of mind, exterior motion-activated cameras are in place and monitored to ensure guest safety and accurate guest counts. Please note: this is a peaceful place to stay and is not suitable for parties.

Utah’s high desert climate can occasionally bring house ants, harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs, especially during seasonal changes. We maintain a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. While sightings are rare, they are possible and do not reflect the cleanliness of the property.
