In the monthsof May through to November why not attend one of the many local events and festivals in the area like the Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth Food Festival, Torbay Air Show, Brixham Pirate Festival, Devon County Show.

Parking No parking is available at the property. A permit is provided for parking at Darthaven Marina (on a first come first serve basis), less than a 5-minute walk from the property. Please provide your vehicle registration, make, model and colour at the time of booking so a virtual permit can be arranged for your stay.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
