Overlooking a large, shared lawn and garden, it is ideal for small families or couples looking for a comfortable base within an easy half-mile of the village pubs, shops and cafes.


As this apartment is at the top of the building it features some sloping ceilings in parts adding a touch of style and character. The living room is a lovely space, featuring huge picture windows with soft cushioned window seats, making the room light and bright while the dining table and chairs affords you lovely views during mealtimes. The bright kitchen also has a breakfast bar and a door leading out onto the spacious balcony - complete with seating and loungers so you can dine alfresco or relax on a summer's evening. Enjoy distant sea glimpses from the double bedroom and the twin bedroom benefits from a door out onto the balcony. A modern bathroom completes the facilities.


The vibrant, surfing village of Croyde offers all you could need for a perfect family holiday or active break – particularly if you love water sports and coastal walks. For a change of scene, the 3 miles of award-winning sandy beach at Woolacombe, are just 5 miles away or you can enjoy the delights of the harbour town of Ilfracombe with its boat rides, theatre and shops and eateries, 9 miles. If it’s glorious countryside you’re after, the beautiful Exmoor National Park is just over 16 miles away.

    No complaints. Great location and it is stocked with everything you need. Some minor issues regarding the lights flickering and the apartment door stiff to open.
