I had a very nice and relaxing stay with my partner at Karen's home in Oakland. The interior of the house was very welcoming and had really nice amenities including snack bar, coffee bar, full kitchen and dining room. The bed was super comfy and loved the entire layout of the house. The bathroom was very nice clean and organized. Will definitely be back for another stay!

This was my second time staying here and the next time I’m in town for work I will book again. The location is perfect with coffee and groceries close. The home itself is comfortable and has everything needed including a full fridge and stove to cook as well a coffee maker for my early morning at home coffee needs. The shower and fire place are my favorite amenities as well as the private and secure entrance. It’s well lighted at the gate and door which I greatly appreciate. I cannot say enough great things about it! Thank you!!

This place was perfect for my business stay. The amenities including the kitchen, WiFi and shower made me feel at home. It was a great space to work, do homework and relax. I was able to cook like I do at home as it was close to Trader Joe’s. I found many great coffee shops and truly appreciated being able to park in the driveway. I felt safe behind the locked gate and the automatic lighting added an additional safety element. The host was very responsive when I had a question. I look forward to staying again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked for us, the bed was very comfortable, and we had access to so many things. We appreciated how clean it was.

The location is great for the price. Close access to Lake Merritt and Temescula if you have a car! The host was super communicative and friendly.

Karen was a great host, very responsive to communication. Great location for everything we needed to do while in town. The space was clean, bed was comfy. Was great to have a full size fridge and stove/oven. Will definitely come back on our next trip!

Very comfortable, extremely clean, great amenities like a full sized fridge and gas stove. We appreciated the bed with a real mattress, not a memory-foam cheap mattress that can be uncomfortable. The host was very responsive. The only issue was there's not much street parking, but that may not be a problem a lot of the time. We parked in the driveway and had to shuffle cars a couple times. Overall it's a GREAT place to stay! Thank you to a great host!

Super convenient location close to family we were visiting. Karen was one of the friendliest, most delightful hosts I've ever stayed with in many, many years as a user of all the BnB platforms. Highly recommended and would book again!
