Our house is a 1902 Prairie Foursquare with loads of old charm. We are located in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins, close to CSU and three blocks from downtown. We are walking distance to several of the finest Microbreweries in Colorado. The apartment has a separate, private entrance, and large 4' high windows in every room. Bright and cheery with warm atmosphere is an understatement. We look forward to meeting people from many places and backgrounds

Stayed Dec 20, 2024This a perfect place to stay if you are interested in exploring Old Town and Downtown Fort Collins, all within walking distance. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, and quiet. Our party had three adults and the two bedrooms suited us well.If you have or had any interest in woodworking, you need to check this place out. The finish work is a labor of love.

Stayed Aug 26, 2024This is sick a beautiful property inside and out. With beautiful wood work inside and a super cozy, homey feel, you don’t feel like you’re in a rental property. There is every thing you could need to make a meal and more in the kitchen when it comes to utensils and spices and basic needs. The back patio and gardens are gorgeous and peace full and a great place to relax. As for location this is the best location you could imagine in Dr. Collins. So easy to walk everywhere with so many opens for amazing food and drinks you will never get bored! And the property owners are super kind and helpful. I look forward to visiting this property again any time I’m visiting ft. Collins! .

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Very comfortable and fantastic place to stay. Right in middle of everything and easy access to downtown via short walk. Close to main hwy for vehicle travel. Just a beautiful place to stay.
