Stayed Nov 13, 2025My husband and I and our 19 year old enjoyed our stay in this beautifully appointed apartment in the lower garden district. The elegant space is perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Access to the loft is as depicted with a metal ladder so it might not suit all travelers. Shopping and restaurants are a short walk up Magazine St. This neighborhood is equidistant to the French Quarter and Uptown so it would be a great base for new visitors to explore the city. We had no problem finding parking on the street. I am unaware of any connection to a vineyard with this property, so I am uncertain why the VRBO review seeks information about our experience with a vineyard. We tend to drink cocktails in NOLA!

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Lovely property, good location. Wifi streaming was good but oddly, downloading was not. I was trying to download photos from my phone to my laptop and documents from my email and was unable to do either. But if you don't need to do that, it's not an issue. I just had to do that at the library later on.Hosts were kind and helpful with local restaurant suggestions. I very much appreciated the safe off street parking behind the padlocked gate during my stay.
