Stayed Jul 25, 2025What a wonderful place! Very convenient location and it was a beautifully appointed. Very clean and has all the amenities you could want. The host was very communicative and had binders with all the information you could want about the property and Venice itself. Check-in was easy and methodical. Paola addressed any concerns you may have as a guest and answered all questions. The property has everything you could want. Fully renovated, well appointed kitchens and bathrooms and very comfortable beds. It was like being at home. The property also has laundry facilities if needed. WiFi is available and easy to jump on just by scanning the QR code in the binder. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Venice!

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Spent 3 nights in Venice ….host was excellent - she provided us w a book of recommendations and had 3 wonderful dining experiences based on her recs. Furthermore, the host helped arrange water taxi to and from the airport that dropped us just a short distance from the apartment. The host did a personal orientation which was fantastic.

Stayed May 25, 2024Paola was an amazing host! She was so helpful setting up the water taxi to and from the airport and answering any questions we had. The apartment was in a great location! Pretty much everything was a quick 10 minute walk from the apartment. Would stay here again for sure!
