Stayed Jun 13, 2024Great host. Great location. This place was ideal for our family's stay in Venice. It’s a large, spacious apartment within steps of a canal for water taxi access. It’s minutes by foot from the main attractions, and other nice areas, but we like the relatively quiet location, away from the throngs of tourists. There’s a grocery store around the corner as well as a great spot for takeout pasta. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen. Orial met us at arrival and was very helpful and responsive. He made sure our departure to airport by water taxi went smoothly. I highly recommend this stay.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023HUGE apartment. Great location - everything you need - restaurants, grocery store, coffee/tea at the bottom of the stairs. Anything else is a quick walk from the apartment. Francesco was great. Excellent communication. Answered all my questions. Couldn’t ask for more.
