Stayed May 2, 2025Thank You for a great stay and for let me know about my credit card was on the grounds. That was great service. Just one thing the router light on the bedroom is too shiny and a air antenna should be on the TV. It’s a great place to walk to the beach. We are planning to go back soon.

Stayed Feb 18, 2023This VRBO was great! Just as described. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and many good restaurants and watering holes nearby. It's perfect for a couples getaway weekend. The host was kind, and helpful and offered good local suggestions. We would definitely come back to this VRBO. It's off the main strip which we liked since it was still nearby without all of the noise!

Stayed Feb 22, 2023Everything about this experience was wonderful. The property was exactly as described clean, well maintained and short walk to the beach. Antoni and Andre made sure that the minor issue we had with our TV was taken care of, literally in minutes. Restaurant recommendations provided were terrific and we only a few minutes walk to many establishments. We spent 17 nights at the Monaco Vacation property and would definitely book again in the future.

Stayed Jan 17, 2023My wife and I stayed here for a 2 week January thaw. We were literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, just as the host had said. We walked the beach for miles almost every morning and then returned most days to watch another beautiful sunset. Our room/apartment was just as advertised, so no disappointment there. Free washer and dryer in the complex,was nice bonus. The place is on the northern end of Clearwater Beach and we really enjoyed that. There's a couple of really good restaurants/bars 5 mins away by foot that are literally right on the beach. That was great!
