Very neat property conveniently located in the center of downtown.

Probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed in in Laramie. Right in the middle of all the action, yet very private. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this place! The owner was very quick in responding. It was within walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and coffee shops. Would love to stay here again, but it is booked out already.

We were here for our son’s wedding and thought the property was perfect for a family. Great downtown location. Management was friendly and easy to work with.

The location in old town was perfect. The suite was decorated and remodeled maintaining the old west. It was perfect for a family of 5. It was so much fun and comfortable to stay in such a unique “old” place. Definitely will return.

Quite disappointed with the lack of REAL walls in two of what you called bedrooms. One of my sons & his spouse weren't comfortable with the lack of privacy so they went to a hotel. Decorated very nicely.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in town! The apartment itself is beautiful, full of so much sunlight and was such a comfortable space. The host was so helpful and accommodating. The apartment is also in the perfect location! So awesome to be able to walk out and be in such a central location. Will definitely be back to visit soon!

Great property but close to the train track. Trains run all night. Might be hard for light sleepers. Owner is awesome tho and otherwise a great place to stay located in the heart of downtown Laramie

Enjoyed the apartment very much! We visited with an infant and a toddler- the train wasn’t loud and the overall stay was super convenient. Billie was so easy ti communicate with and made sure we have everything we need. We highly recommend!

We enjoyed staying here so much and would choose it again. Downtown Laramie is so fun and this condo is so convenient with walking to shops, breweries, etc. Also convenient for skiing Snowy Range. Condo is huge, comfy, homey, and has enough room for two families of 4 to spread out. I was not thrilled with my total charge being more than what the trip breakdown explained, and when I called about it neither Evolve (rental platform online management company) nor VRBO accepted responsibility for the discrepancy. However, this was not the fault of the property owner

A group of 7 of us spent 4 nights in Laramie to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Wyotech. The apartment accommodated our group perfectly. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty to all be together whether in the kitchen or the living area. It shares a historical vibe not just with the building itself but the decor is so great. The location is ideal for walking to shops and visiting bars and restaurant. I highly recommend this space for any type of stay. .

Perfect location above the cutest shop right in the heart of downtown Laramie. We walked almost everywhere! The place is spacious, comfortable and historically quaint. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We were so pleased with this beautiful property. Relaxing, quiet, and a perfect location in the middle of Laramie downtown.

We really enjoyed this property- - it is very unique, clean, and the decor is fabulous. I figured we were in for a treat given the location in historic downtown. The owners have obviously taken great care in renovating these historic spaces into great living quarters. I also really appreciated that the unit was pet friendly so we were able to stay downtown with our 2 dogs (renters should note that the unit is up a flight of somewhat steep stairs and that the location to take their dogs potty is half a block away- given the location of the rental, I anticipated this and there was no issue; however, others might gloss over this when booking). Overall, as long as nobody in your party has accessibility issues, I would 10/10 recommend. You can't beat the location if you are interested in the downtown area, which has several food options and shops to visit. The host was also friendly and easy to communicate with. Don't forget to check out her store downstairs!

We’ve stayed here a handful of times over the last 5 years. It’s always a great stay. So many wonderful places within walking distance. Owner is always been very kind and, when necessary, available to reach out to for anything that is needed. It’s pretty much the only place we stay when coming to Laramie.

I can not say enough good things about this property. The character, the location, the space we loved it all. From the check in to the check out procedure everything was smooth. The only con--- I never got to meet the owner because our comings and goings didn't coincide with her time at the shop. There is a train that runs behind but we kept talking about how quiet the property was and we rarely heard the train. I loved the antiques and the way it was decorated. Easy check in process. And had all you needed for a stay. We were even able to add another night we loved it so much! Will definitely stay here again when in the area!

The apartment was spacious and clean with a nice layout and a lovely deck overlooking the railyard with sunset views. Location is perfect for enjoying Laramie.
