1 Mi to Ocean Isle Beach! Studio w/ Outdoor Oasis

Bunk beds were uncomfortable for a 60 year old. Plastic mattress protector made me feel like I was sleeping in some kids bed going through potty training. Clean unit

Everything was great, except, on my last night another guest parked in my numbered parking spot. Having a huge truck, I blocked them in until I wad ready to leave. Other than that, was excellent!!

The images are either very outdated or have been touched up. The place was dingy and noticeably smelled of mold/mildew. The porch light was exposed wires with no bulb and there was trash from the previous guests in the kitchen. Mold in the shower caulk. Quiet neighborhood away from the noise of downtown, which we liked

The bungalow was perfect. It had a full size kitchen and nice bedding area. A perfect place to retreat after a day on the beach.

My husband and I loved this cozy studio. It had everything we needed, full kitchen, parking and super cute beach decor and feel. Close to everything, stores, restaurants and beach. Host was very accommodating. Definitely will look into coming back.

We were very active during our stay and was really only at the unit in the late evenings and overnights. Given the way we used this unit, we found the air conditioning to be extremely inadequate, which did not allow us to sleep well at all. Otherwise, it was a good location and a very cute place.

the home is divided up into 3 units about the size of a standard two car garage. I stayed in unit 2. The unit had bunk beds that probably need to be replaced or at least have a better mattress pad, especially for that rental price. I walked in to find a few dead cockroachs to which the ants were feasting on. I put all of our groceries in the fridge to avoid infestation. On night two, i saw a cockroach crawl up the wall and a earwig crawl across the floor. There were tenants above and next to us to which it sounded like they were stomping on the floor. You could hear all the noise through the thin walls. The bathroom was nice but extremely small, seemed kind of claustrophobic. The kitchen had your basic necessities (sink, cabinets, oven, microwave, toaster, silverware, plates, cups and coffee pot). There is internet. The TV is a smart TV with apps such as Hulu, prime, and Netflix. There is no antenna tv or cable. Overall the place was generally not clean with uncomfortable beds. Price point needs to drop for this place. I found some good places to eat such as the boundary house and drift coffee.

This property was easy to get to and only about a mile from the beach. It was very clean and the property manager was helpful in showing us how the key box worked. Would stay again!

Great weekend getaway for a couple or friends. We had a girls weekend and the property owner was very accommodating! Checked in light conversation great personality. I loved the outdoor shower! Neighborhood is quiet. I’d definitely go back!

Pictures are very accurate of the place. I like that you can drive up and literally walk in. Was not sure about the bed, but was comfortable. Would stay again!
