Stayed Oct 9, 2025Two space heaters were provided and used in mid October. Very grateful they were available for use as the rooms were very cool at night. Comfortable bed. Greatly appreciated the kitchen amenities and snacks that were offered. We would stay there again as It is great location to the football stadium and UW. Host was prompt in communicating when questions arose.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The manager was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was trouble free. Unit was easy to find. The lighting from garage parking to the entry needs to be better. Hard to see where you are going in pitch black. Everything else was awesome!

Stayed Jul 9, 2025We arrived and had to vacuum hair off of sofa and floors. We also had to wash the sheet due to stains and hair. Owner refunded cleaning fee, which was appreciated. If your stay is university related, then it is a good spot. Other than the cleanliness, it was an ok spot.

Stayed Jul 19, 2024The place was clean and had what we needed for our stay. The first night was quiet, however late on Saturday someone came in to the top floor, and sounded like a party or something. They left after an hour or so. They were going in and out. The parking space was not enough room to get our things out, and we had to pull up on the street to load and unload. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.
