Stayed Oct 11, 2025Shortly after check in time, we got a message telling us we would get a different upgraded room, a one-bedroom instead of the king bed studio we had reserved. The new room was dirty. The bathroom literally smelled strongly of human perspiration and there were dirty towels on the floor. The bedroom had a double bed and a very flimsy bunk bed. My husband is 6'2 250 pounds. I slept on the bottom bunk (which had very very low clearance) because the bunk bed swayed when I tried to climb to the top. I am 5'6 and 160 pounds. The unit was poorly maintained as well. There was no light over the vanity in the bathroom, where the only mirror was, the kitchen faucet was not secure, there was water damage at the bottom of the doors. We had hoped this would be a place for extra guests to stay once we move close by in November. But that is out of the question.
