Stayed Oct 23, 2024Perfect spot that’s about a 30 min walk from downtown Gainesville. Clean, quiet, everything as advertised. My girlfriend and I stayed here and we both loved it. Mark was a fantastic host and responded quickly with the check in process. Would stay again.

Stayed Mar 6, 2024What a great place to stay in an absolutely beautiful neighborhood! I just needed a place to sleep and got so much more, from all the laundry and bathroom supplies, a full spice rack and even some basic food stocked in the kitchen I have never stayed in a rental with so much accommodation! Mark was always available to answer my questions and was a great host. Needless to say bet I rent from him again!
