Stayed Nov 1, 2025This condo is beautiful with outstanding views of the ocean, waterways and bays. Loved watching the surf boarders. Joey was a great host and had a ton of goodies for us upon arrival. Perfect location. Just a quick walk to the Crow’s Nest!

Stayed Jan 10, 2025This property was very nice. The location was great for walking and the restaurants in Venice are awesome. The pool wasn't working at the time we were there but we are beach people anyway. The views from the lania included the gulf, intercoastal and the bay which was great to watch all the boats. Unit faces the north, I believe, so there isn't any sunshine that comes into the unit. We still enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024Ideal location - right on the beach! Amazing views. Walked and biked everywhere - beach, town center, local sites. Perfect for two people. Owner was very responsive and made sure we had a smooth transition to Venice. Loved our stay there. Would highly recommend.

Stayed Feb 1, 2024What a special unit with beautiful 7th floor views of the beach, jetties and intercoastal. Everything was great-pool, beach, elevators, furnishings, equipped kitchen. Close to town, restaurants and groceries. Joey was easy to work with and prompt in answering our questions. Great stay!

Stayed Apr 1, 2023Excellent accommodations, owner very helpful whenever we had questions. Short steps to beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. First time to this part of Florida and pleasantly surprised. Beautiful area.

Stayed Mar 1, 2023Really enjoyed our stay at San Marco. The views were fanomical, best on the islandl!! Joey & Heather are super people and were available whenever we needed anything. They went out of their way to accommodate including a great welcome basket/beach bag.
