We really enjoyed our stay in Venice! The apt was in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, a corner coffee shop, grocery store nearby and easy access to Vaporetto stop! Arianna was there to meet us at the square close by and was very helpful. She even came back later to turn on the AC for us!

We had a wonderful time in Venice and loved our stay here. The apartment is in a fantastic area - quiet but close to everything. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Valentina was a wonderful host and provided us with many restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Didn't realize that the flat was on the second floor. In Europe 1st floor is same as our 2nd floor. Their 1st floor (ground floor) is considered 0. Stairs were an issue for our group. Be prepared for a significant walk to the flat from the water taxis. Pulling bags can be a challenge. Valentina did a great job of trying to help us.

This was a terrific property in the Castello neighborhood just steps from The Arsenale. Just a short walk to the major attractions in a neighborhood filled with great restaurants. Two bathrooms was a real plus for our family of four. Avoid the hotels, and stay in a nice quiet Venetian neighborhood like this one. Highly recommended.

This apartment was amazing! It's location was perfect: walkable to St. Marks square and transportation, but also far enough away from that area to not be swarmed with tourists. The apartment itself was clean and well-furnished. Highly recommend this apartment. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Venice.

Location was great - close enough to St. Marks and via Garibaldi, but far enough away that there was little noise and bustle. Very close to the Arsenale stop as well. Apartment was clean and was exactly as advertised. Had a great time.

The flat was very comfortable for the four of us, my wife and i and two teenage grandchildren (ages 16 and 17). The Island on which Venice is situated is small, so we were close to everything. The GPS system works well, so we had no problem navigating around and finding places, including good restaurants and points of interest. We would not hesitate to choose this flat again upon any return to Venice. A cautionary note, especially for Americans: like many European flats, there are steps in places that we normally do not see in America, like going from one room to another, Make sure to take stock of the floor plan so you are aware of steps in any unit you rent.

The apartment is a large, modern, light and airy and well equipped with lots of Venetian touches in paintings and ornaments. We had contact with the owner right up to the day we left for Venice and we knew which boat stop to get off at from the airport, we were met by their representative, a friendly lady. She let us in to the first floor apartment and showed us around. There is a well presented booklet that covers everything you need to know about the 6 areas of Venice, places of interest, restaurants and useful shops. Also details on recycling rubbish. There are two sets of keys in the apartment so if visitors would like to sightsee separately each can have a key. Everything is provided in the way of bedding, towels and t towels and a good hairdryer in the en-suites. Castello area is where many Venetians live and we found it to have a very friendly atmosphere. The boat stop is not far from the apartment so no long treks across Venice. It is a modern apartment with two en suite bedrooms which was perfect. Via Garibaldi is close by and has a super market, bars, restaurants and gelaterias so plenty of choice for an evening stroll. St Marks Square is not too far too, here you will find Basilica, Doges Palace, Campanile and the clock tower. An evening stroll with orchestra playing is very special. We loved our time in the apartment and Venice and would certainly recommend.

Fantastic location. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants near by. Pizzería Trattoria Alla Fonte was our favorite - good menu and good prices. Bar around the corner for morning coffee and pastry. Small grocer below apartment, but expensive. Good if desperate for something quick. Easy walking to the major sites and easy to get to the water taxi. All amenities were nice. Air condition and WiFi worked well. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment with its Antiques, Art Deco lighting and old paintings. It was in a fabulous area, easy walking distance to main tourist areas but a quieter more relaxing part of Venice. It was a bonus to have a great little deli next door for fresh bread, croissants etc. It was also 5 min walk to a great place for coffee or a meal in the evening.
